OMEGA University VA Module 2 - VA Manager Operational Launch Training

Day 1 Launch Content Built

Purpose: this Module 2 launch content gives the VA Manager the minimum operational training needed to onboard, test the VA system, and begin assigned work.

Required For VA Manager Start

  • VA Manager onboarding/orientation working.
  • OMEGA University access established.
  • Module 2 operational content available and connected to dashboard, Drive, task/work and reporting resources.
  • Daily and weekly VA responsibilities documented.
  • Sales, Marketing, Hiring, administrative and financial/support task areas mapped at launch level.
  • Required Drive files and historical materials accessible enough for assigned work.
  • Reporting process established for completed work, pending work, problems and management attention.

Module 2 Lessons

Module 2 Lesson 1 - VA Manager Role and Launch Objective

Objective: Understand the VA Manager role, launch priority, and difference between launch-required work and future enhancements.

  • The VA Manager helps OMEGA operate the VA system, not just view a dashboard.
  • The immediate goal is onboarding, training, real workflow testing, and useful assigned work without waiting for every future automation.
  • Launch-required work is what the VA Manager needs now. Future enhancements include advanced automation, broad Drive cleanup, dashboard polish and deeper integrations.

VA Manager action checklist:

  • Confirm MemberPress login works.
  • Open the Virtual Assistant Dashboard.
  • Confirm name, email, role/specialization and dashboard status.
  • Report missing access or unclear instructions immediately.

Module 2 Lesson 2 - VA Dashboard and Account Area

Objective: Learn where daily VA work starts and how dashboard areas connect.

  • The MemberPress Virtual Assistant Dashboard is the active workspace after login is released.
  • It shows approval status, assigned departments, role boundaries, onboarding status, task/work areas, training, Drive/resource links and reporting items.
  • It must show assigned VA resources only and must not expose restricted finance, tax, owner, Board, investor/shareholder or unrelated internal areas.

VA Manager action checklist:

  • Open the MemberPress VA dashboard.
  • Review Registration and Approval, Department Assignment, Specialization Scope and Onboarding Status.
  • Open each assigned resource link.
  • Record broken, missing or restricted links.

Module 2 Lesson 3 - Google Drive Resources and File Boundaries

Objective: Know where approved files live and how to handle unclear or restricted materials.

  • Google Drive is the official document and source-material system.
  • The VA Manager uses only approved folders and links assigned to the role.
  • Do not move, delete or broadly share files unless management specifically approves that action. Flag unclear files for review.

VA Manager action checklist:

  • Open assigned Drive links.
  • Confirm required launch folders/files are accessible.
  • Confirm restricted folders are not visible unless explicitly assigned.
  • Report missing access, duplicate folders, broken links or unclear file destinations.

Module 2 Lesson 4 - Daily and Weekly VA Workflow

Objective: Follow a repeatable operating rhythm.

  • Daily work starts with login, dashboard review, task review, resource access, work activity recording and reporting.
  • Weekly work reviews open tasks, unresolved access issues, campaign/support status, Drive/file issues, training progress and items needing management attention.
  • Reporting should be practical: completed, pending, blocked, needs management review and next action.

VA Manager action checklist:

  • Daily: log in, check dashboard, review tasks, open resources, complete work, record activity, report blockers.
  • Weekly: summarize completed work, pending work, access problems, unclear instructions, missing files and decisions needed.
  • Use the task board and clock-in/work activity page for controlled tracking.

Module 2 Lesson 5 - Department and Campaign Map

Objective: Understand how Hiring, Sales, Marketing, administrative and support work connect.

  • Hiring: applicant enters the OMEGA Master Hiring Funnel and passes verification, interview routing and onboarding.
  • Marketing: Marketing creates and manages approved advertising/content assets, raw assets, campaign/content IDs, publishing support and KPI attribution where authorized.
  • Sales: Sales works leads and opportunities after Marketing or other approved sources generate the lead.
  • Administrative/Operations/Financial Support: stay inside the approved permission boundary and avoid restricted banking, tax/payment or owner-level access unless separately approved.

VA Manager action checklist:

  • Identify assigned departments.
  • Confirm each assigned department has a resource link, task path and reporting path.
  • Do not assume access to unassigned departments.
  • Escalate cross-department confusion to management.

Module 2 Lesson 6 - Reporting, Gap Log and Management Escalation

Objective: Report launch findings so OMEGA can correct gaps while the VA Manager starts work.

  • The launch test should identify confusing instructions, broken links, permission gaps, missing documents, dashboard issues, unclear workflows and incomplete training content.
  • Each report should say what was attempted, what happened, why it blocked or slowed work, and what decision or fix is needed.
  • Sensitive tax, payment, owner, Board, investor/shareholder, banking or restricted HR issues must be escalated to the proper manager.

VA Manager action checklist:

  • Report completed work.
  • Report pending work.
  • Report broken links or access problems.
  • Report unclear instructions or missing resources.
  • Escalate sensitive or restricted issues.

Daily VA Checklist

  • Log in to MemberPress and open the Virtual Assistant Dashboard.
  • Review assigned department scope and training status.
  • Open the task board or assigned work queue.
  • Open only approved Drive/resources needed for the task.
  • Record work activity through the clock-in/work activity page.
  • Report completed work, pending work, blockers and questions before ending the session.

Weekly VA Checklist

  • Summarize completed tasks by department/campaign.
  • List pending tasks and next actions.
  • List access problems, broken links, missing files and unclear instructions.
  • Review training progress and Module 2 clarification needs.
  • Send a short launch-test report with completed, pending, blocked and needs-review sections.

  • Full automation of every KPI/reporting rollup.
  • Broad IT and Development Manager work.
  • Large-scale Drive migration beyond launch-needed materials.
  • Non-critical dashboard polish.
  • Advanced campaign automation and deeper integrations.
  • Future productization work that is not required for the VA Manager to start.
