Maximum Return Cap: $15,000 (includes original capital)

Distribution Model:
Distributions begin only after the business is profitable, as determined by management. There is no fixed timeline and no guaranteed return date. All distributions are made only from approved distributable surplus.
Investor Level 2 - Growth Investor
Investment Amount: $50,000
Return Structure: Up to 2.0× capital contribution
Maximum Return Cap: $100,000 (includes original capital)
Ownership: None
Voting Rights: None
Control/Governance: None
Board Seat: None
Equity Conversion: Not permitted
