Restricted Worker Payment Profile

Payment profile status: Pending. Full banking and tax information is collected only through the approved restricted financial process and is not displayed here.

Company ACH Payment Capability — Pending Bank Activation/Owner Setup. Company activation is separate from worker payment-profile readiness.

OMEGA University Module 2 — Virtual Assistant Training

Final seven-position, three-part architecture

Seven distinct positions: five specialized operating VAs, one All-Inclusive/All-Area operating VA, and one VA Manager. Multiple specialized roles may be selected independently; that does not automatically create All-Inclusive VA or VA Manager status.

Hiring VA

Part 1 — Role & Responsibilities

  • Hiring owns screening standards and applicant decisions. Hiring VA checks completeness, coordinates interviews and maintains canonical records; Marketing supplies approved recruiting assets. VA Manager manages workforce workload, while HR/Hiring Manager directs Hiring work. Application submission alone grants no access. Several functional assignments never automatically grant All-Area or Manager status. Use corporate aliases, approved communications and restricted Hiring storage.
  • Applicant processing, verification, interview coordination, onboarding records and Hiring Funnel CRM/status administration.
  • Administrative reporting: every VA reports to the VA Manager for workforce management. Functional reporting: assigned department work is directed and evaluated by HR/Hiring Manager.
  • Multiple individual roles may be assigned without creating All-Inclusive VA or VA Manager status.
  • Hiring owns recruiting requirements, screening standards and the Hiring Funnel. Marketing produces and maintains approved recruiting assets; the Hiring VA supplies the position requirements and works applicant results. Do not create a competing Hiring Funnel.
  • Review submitted information for completeness, legibility, consistency, position selection and required acknowledgments. A VA records verification evidence and requests corrections; only the authorized reviewer makes a hiring decision.
  • Coordinate the approved group interview route. VA Manager or another specifically elevated management route requires the approved additional one-on-one process. Record interview dates, consent and restricted recording references, never copy recordings into ordinary operating notes.

Part 2 — Systems & Operating

  • Start with the canonical Master Hiring Funnel, not a competing applicant list. Review the application, acknowledgments, classification and document statuses; log corrections, owner and deadline. Coordinate the approved group interview and elevated one-on-one route when applicable. Store recording references only within authorized scope. Preserve Campaign, Content and Ad IDs. Create one recurring routine per cycle. Worker tax/payment readiness uses restricted source collection and safe dashboard statuses; owner ACH activation is separate.
  • Use the assigned MemberPress dashboard, OMEGA VA task/work queue, work log/time tracker, approved spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel record, Google Drive folder, checklist and reporting path. Record owner, priority, deadline, status, evidence/link, KPI/result and escalation.
  • Daily: review dashboard and queue, confirm priorities, complete assigned work, update records and report blockers. Weekly: review overdue work, recurring duties, KPI results, access issues, training and next actions.
  • Personnel/workforce issues route VA → VA Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Department work issues route VA → applicable Department Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Cross-department conflicts are coordinated by the Department Managers and VA Manager; unresolved matters escalate to CEO/Executive Leadership, then Master Chair when its authority is required.
  • Open VA Operating Records, select Hiring / HR and create an applicant follow-up record. Enter the canonical VA application or CRM reference in Next Action or the source record reference, applicant source, campaign and creative IDs, deadline, requirement, checklist and HR handoff.
  • Use the existing OMEGA Master Hiring Funnel VA Branch for the application stage, required documents, interview eligibility, results, onboarding and authorization. An operating follow-up does not substitute for the canonical application or grant the applicant access.
  • Review the applicant queue daily. Record what was verified, what needs correction, the next interview or onboarding action, its owner and deadline. Use the daily Hiring routine button once for the current cycle and update its result instead of creating duplicates.
  • Keep interview and personnel source documents in the assigned Hiring / HR Drive area. Use the approved Drive and spreadsheet URL fields to reference authorized files; do not assume the general Drive tab grants every folder.
  • At the weekly pipeline review report received, reviewed, correction-needed, interview attendance, approved or stopped outcomes, time to review and onboarding completion. Preserve Campaign ID and applicant source so Marketing can measure results without receiving unrestricted applicant files.

Part 3 — Practical Training / Role-Playing

  • Practice with fictional applicant data. Missing acknowledgment requires correction and an interview hold rather than invented completion. Confirm interview consent and secure evidence routing. Marketing receives attribution results, not unrestricted applicant files. Record blocked work and escalate to Hiring authority; workforce conflicts go through VA Manager. A quiz pass advances the next training part automatically without a manager waiting step. Operational hiring decisions and production-release gates remain separate.
  • Complete a controlled end-to-end assignment for Hiring VA using non-sensitive test data.
  • Demonstrate correct dashboard, queue, spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel, Drive, checklist, time record, KPI/result and handoff.
  • Identify a permission boundary, an overdue or blocked item, and the correct escalation recipient; receive manager review before certification.
  • Controlled exercise 1: review a fictional applicant record missing a required acknowledgment. Record a correction request, owner and deadline; do not advance it merely because the application exists.
  • Controlled exercise 2: record a group-interview coordination item with a restricted recording reference and demonstrate the difference between a regular working VA route and the elevated VA Manager route.
  • Controlled exercise 3: link the applicant source to the recruiting Campaign ID, record the HR handoff and update the checklist and KPI. Demonstrate that Marketing cannot independently change the Hiring decision.
  • Assessment evidence: canonical application reference, operating record ID, correction or handoff evidence, permitted Drive reference, recorded work activity and manager review. Success requires correct routing, complete records and no disclosure of restricted applicant data.

Sales VA

Part 1 — Role & Responsibilities

  • Sales VA provides authorized non-commissioned research, deduplication, CRM administration and follow-up support. Sales Manager controls standards and qualification. Representative or authorized approver owns quoting and closing authority. Research does not create marketing consent, commission entitlement or a sale. Workforce oversight remains with VA Manager. Approved business communications follow existing Sales alias architecture and least-privilege records.
  • Lead research, CRM administration, follow-up support, Sales Funnel administration and authorized non-commissioned sales support.
  • Administrative reporting: every VA reports to the VA Manager for workforce management. Functional reporting: assigned department work is directed and evaluated by Sales Manager.
  • Multiple individual roles may be assigned without creating All-Inclusive VA or VA Manager status.
  • Sales VA work is authorized non-commissioned sales support: lead research, list building, deduplication, CRM administration, appointment and follow-up coordination, Sales Funnel support and Representative handoffs.
  • Sales management controls lead standards, sales priorities, qualification, pricing or quoting authority and Sales KPIs. Sales VA access is not Sales Representative or Sales Manager authority.
  • Record approved business information only. Do not turn research into a subscription, promise a price, approve a commission, or imply consent to marketing communication.

Part 2 — Systems & Operating

  • Search existing operating research and canonical CRM records before preparing a qualified handoff. Record source and Campaign, Content and Ad IDs, evidence, owner, deadline and next action. Authorized Sales approver creates one canonical Sales lead for an approved Representative; the originating record keeps its link. Preserve existing FluentCRM subscription status. Canonical stages include New Lead, Contacted, Discovery, Quote Needed, Quote Sent, Follow Up, Closed Won, Closed Lost and On Hold. Filtered CSV is a limited export, not another master database.
  • Use the assigned MemberPress dashboard, OMEGA VA task/work queue, work log/time tracker, approved spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel record, Google Drive folder, checklist and reporting path. Record owner, priority, deadline, status, evidence/link, KPI/result and escalation.
  • Daily: review dashboard and queue, confirm priorities, complete assigned work, update records and report blockers. Weekly: review overdue work, recurring duties, KPI results, access issues, training and next actions.
  • Personnel/workforce issues route VA → VA Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Department work issues route VA → applicable Department Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Cross-department conflicts are coordinated by the Department Managers and VA Manager; unresolved matters escalate to CEO/Executive Leadership, then Master Chair when its authority is required.
  • Open VA Operating Records and choose Sales. Create a lead-research or follow-up record with source, Campaign ID, Content ID, Ad ID, objective, owner, deadline, next action and qualification checklist.
  • Search existing research and canonical CRM records for duplicates before preparing a handoff. State the qualification evidence and the next responsible Representative or Sales manager.
  • An authorized Sales approver uses Create One Canonical Sales Handoff with an approved Representative account ID. The action creates at most one omega_sales_lead linked to this originating record and connects an existing or pending FluentCRM contact without changing an existing subscription status.
  • The canonical Sales stages are New Lead, Contacted, Discovery, Quote Needed, Quote Sent, Follow Up, Closed Won, Closed Lost and On Hold. The Representative works that existing Sales dashboard; the operating research record does not replace it.
  • Review follow-ups daily, overdue and qualified handoffs weekly, and attributed results monthly. Record researched leads, qualified leads, appointments, handoffs, conversions, cost and attributed revenue against the approved goal.
  • Export Authorized Records CSV produces only the filtered current 25 records. Open the approved Sales spreadsheet reference for the official shared list; do not treat the export as a company-wide data dump.

Part 2 Quiz

Part 3 — Practical Training / Role-Playing

  • Use fictional leads and approved test references. A duplicate should be linked or reconciled through authorized procedure rather than creating another canonical lead. Reject unapproved Representative assignments. Route price requests to Sales authority. Report missing source evidence without inventing attribution. A zero denominator cannot produce a valid ratio. Quiz results are per-part, independently 80%; a passing retake unlocks the next part without workforce-manager approval.
  • Complete a controlled end-to-end assignment for Sales VA using non-sensitive test data.
  • Demonstrate correct dashboard, queue, spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel, Drive, checklist, time record, KPI/result and handoff.
  • Identify a permission boundary, an overdue or blocked item, and the correct escalation recipient; receive manager review before certification.
  • Controlled exercise 1: create a fictional lead-research record with a recruiting or sales campaign source and demonstrate deduplication before any canonical handoff.
  • Controlled exercise 2: prepare the qualification checklist and next action, then have an authorized Sales approver perform the handoff. Verify the canonical lead ID, assigned Representative, stage and FluentCRM reference.
  • Controlled exercise 3: record the follow-up, time worked, actual KPI versus goal and evidence. Demonstrate denial of another VA record or an unapproved Representative assignment.
  • Assessment evidence: originating record ID, Campaign ID, qualification evidence, canonical Sales lead and CRM reference where authorized, next follow-up and manager acceptance. No sale, commission or consent is invented for the exercise.

Social Media / Marketing VA

Part 1 — Role & Responsibilities

  • Marketing owns creative production, calendar coordination, campaign records and authorized publishing. Hiring defines recruiting requirements and evaluates applicants; Sales defines sales objectives and evaluates leads and revenue. Marketing approvers control creative acceptance. VA Manager coordinates workload without gaining creative approval. All-Area is a working role, not management. Pool 2 Marketing Product Growth allocation is distinct from equity and restricted franchise funds. Use approved corporate communications and master asset references.
  • Content coordination, recurring campaigns, calendars, creative/video support, approved publishing and performance tracking.
  • Administrative reporting: every VA reports to the VA Manager for workforce management. Functional reporting: assigned department work is directed and evaluated by Marketing Manager.
  • Multiple individual roles may be assigned without creating All-Inclusive VA or VA Manager status.
  • Marketing owns approved ad and content production, campaign records, calendar coordination, raw asset organization, publishing or scheduling where separately authorized and Marketing performance reporting.
  • Hiring defines recruiting needs and evaluates applicant results. Sales defines sales or product objectives and evaluates leads, sales and revenue. Marketing retains creative and campaign authority.
  • The Marketing manager or an authorized Marketing approver controls content standards, priorities, approval and KPIs. Neither All-Inclusive operating access nor VA workforce supervision independently approves Marketing content.

Part 2 — Systems & Operating

  • Create a campaign objective and linked content records. Preserve Campaign, Content and Ad IDs, platform, source, owner, deadline and target funnel. Use scoped master assets and editable/script references; variants have distinct IDs under one campaign. Draft and In Progress lead to Awaiting Department Approval. Authorized Marketing reviewer records Approved; publication evidence needs approval plus a URL. Website status is not external publishing permission or ad-spend authorization. Review weekly calendar and KPIs, monthly financial attribution and separate pool bases.
  • Use the assigned MemberPress dashboard, OMEGA VA task/work queue, work log/time tracker, approved spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel record, Google Drive folder, checklist and reporting path. Record owner, priority, deadline, status, evidence/link, KPI/result and escalation.
  • Daily: review dashboard and queue, confirm priorities, complete assigned work, update records and report blockers. Weekly: review overdue work, recurring duties, KPI results, access issues, training and next actions.
  • Personnel/workforce issues route VA → VA Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Department work issues route VA → applicable Department Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Cross-department conflicts are coordinated by the Department Managers and VA Manager; unresolved matters escalate to CEO/Executive Leadership, then Master Chair when its authority is required.
  • Open VA Operating Records, select Marketing and create the campaign objective record and related content records. Record Campaign ID, Content ID, Ad or Creative ID, platform, organic or paid source, owner, scheduled date and the target Hiring or Sales handoff.
  • Reference the approved Marketing Drive master asset, editable file, script and authorized spreadsheet or calendar URL. Organize six rotating creative versions when the campaign requires them; use separate Content or Creative IDs tied to one Campaign ID rather than overwriting its evidence.
  • Save Draft or In Progress during production and Awaiting Department Approval for review. Only the authorized Marketing approver can save Approved. Published evidence recorded requires the recorded approval and publication evidence URL.
  • The website records the calendar, approval and published evidence. Scheduling or publishing on an external platform requires that platform permission and its authorized workflow; a website status change does not publish an ad or authorize ad spend.
  • Use the weekly Marketing routine once for the current cycle: review objectives, plan calendar, produce variants, submit review, schedule approved work and record results. Marketing owns master assets; Hiring and Sales use controlled approved references rather than duplicate master libraries.
  • Preserve Campaign, Content and Ad IDs through applicant or lead records and handoff. Record impressions, clicks, leads, applicants, conversions, cost and revenue so the reporting chain is creative, platform, source, funnel, applicant or lead, result, cost or revenue and KPI.
  • Review actual versus goal weekly and financial attribution monthly. Pool 1 operating and Pool 2 product campaigns remain distinct; the Pool 2 Marketing / Product Growth allocation is 8% of its approved qualifying revenue basis and is not equity.

Part 2 Quiz

Part 3 — Practical Training / Role-Playing

  • Practice a fictional campaign with variants, review and result attribution. Ordinary VA cannot self-approve. Do not claim external publication without evidence. Missing IDs require investigation. Wrong-folder permissions require escalation rather than copying assets to public storage. Report actual metrics, never invented returns. Conflicting department objectives are coordinated by functional managers and VA Manager. Passing each quiz advances self-paced learning, while real ad approval and spending remain separate.
  • Complete a controlled end-to-end assignment for Social Media / Marketing VA using non-sensitive test data.
  • Demonstrate correct dashboard, queue, spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel, Drive, checklist, time record, KPI/result and handoff.
  • Identify a permission boundary, an overdue or blocked item, and the correct escalation recipient; receive manager review before certification.
  • Controlled exercise 1: create a fictional weekly campaign with linked content and creative IDs, scheduled date, approved asset reference and Hiring or Sales objective.
  • Controlled exercise 2: submit a draft for review and demonstrate that an ordinary Marketing or All-Inclusive VA cannot approve it. An authorized Marketing reviewer records approval before publication evidence.
  • Controlled exercise 3: record fictional performance metrics and demonstrate correct source attribution, cost per lead, conversion result and functional handoff. A zero denominator must show no calculated ratio, not an invented KPI.
  • Assessment evidence: campaign and content record IDs, variant or asset references, approval reviewer and date, scheduled and publication evidence, linked funnel result and KPI report. The exercise must not launch a real ad or move funds.

Payroll / Financial VA

Part 1 — Role & Responsibilities

  • Payroll Financial VA prepares permitted time records, reconciliation and exceptions. CFO or authorized Finance authority controls correctness, approvals and sensitive procedure. No default banking edits, payments, tax identifiers or executive ownership access follows VA assignment. VA Manager sees workforce readiness without inheriting restricted Finance data. Compensation varies by approved recruitment position or later approved accepted amount; there is no universal VA dollar amount. Established management formulas remain specific to their contracts.
  • Authorized payroll preparation, time/payroll records, reporting and financial administration without banking or payment authority.
  • Administrative reporting: every VA reports to the VA Manager for workforce management. Functional reporting: assigned department work is directed and evaluated by CFO / Finance Authority.
  • Multiple individual roles may be assigned without creating All-Inclusive VA or VA Manager status.
  • Payroll / Financial VA supports permitted time records, payroll preparation, reconciliation, exception reporting and financial record organization. The CFO or authorized Finance authority controls correctness, approvals, deadlines and sensitive financial procedure.
  • There is no default authority to move funds, change banking details, approve payments, sign contracts, access tax identifiers or review executive, Board, shareholder or investor records.
  • Use only the approved restricted process for contractor tax and payment documentation. Ordinary VA operating records must never contain banking values, tax identifiers, credentials or sensitive employee documents.

Part 1 Quiz

Part 2 — Systems & Operating

  • Reconcile authorized work records against the payroll-cycle checklist. Clock events are activity evidence, not automatic approved payable hours or GPS proof. Log missing events, duplicate time and inconsistencies as exceptions with owner, deadline and Finance handoff. Sensitive source records stay restricted; ordinary queues reference status and permitted evidence only. Payment profiles may be collected before owner ACH activation. Preserve employee, US contractor and international contractor classification routes. Safe statuses are Pending, Submitted, Verified, Approved and Complete.
  • Use the assigned MemberPress dashboard, OMEGA VA task/work queue, work log/time tracker, approved spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel record, Google Drive folder, checklist and reporting path. Record owner, priority, deadline, status, evidence/link, KPI/result and escalation.
  • Daily: review dashboard and queue, confirm priorities, complete assigned work, update records and report blockers. Weekly: review overdue work, recurring duties, KPI results, access issues, training and next actions.
  • Personnel/workforce issues route VA → VA Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Department work issues route VA → applicable Department Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Cross-department conflicts are coordinated by the Department Managers and VA Manager; unresolved matters escalate to CEO/Executive Leadership, then Master Chair when its authority is required.
  • Open the authorized Finance / Payroll operating queue. Create a payroll-preparation or exception record with the cycle, owner, deadline, permitted time total, reconciliation checklist, next action and Finance handoff.
  • Reconcile authorized source work records and task hours. Recorded clock events are evidence of an action, not automatic proof of elapsed approved payroll hours or physical GPS attendance.
  • Document missing clock events, duplicate time, inconsistent work area or incomplete records as exceptions. Refer the source through an approved restricted spreadsheet or Drive URL and submit the discrepancy to Finance.
  • Use the payroll-cycle routine button once for the current week. Finance determines actual pay rates, approved hours and payment treatment through the authorized agreement and restricted process; this operating queue prepares records only.
  • Report preparation accuracy, deadlines met, exceptions and unresolved approvals. The VA Manager may see training and workforce availability but does not inherit confidential Finance operating records or banking authority.

Part 2 Quiz

Part 3 — Practical Training / Role-Playing

  • Use fictional times and never actual bank values for general QA. Missing events require documented exceptions, not guessed pay. Deny payment requests outside authority. Worker payment collection is independent of company bank activation. Manager requests for full tax records must follow restricted authorization. An 80% pass is part-specific and self-paced; workforce notification does not authorize finance operations. Test reporting with restricted data excluded from ordinary exports.
  • Complete a controlled end-to-end assignment for Payroll / Financial VA using non-sensitive test data.
  • Demonstrate correct dashboard, queue, spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel, Drive, checklist, time record, KPI/result and handoff.
  • Identify a permission boundary, an overdue or blocked item, and the correct escalation recipient; receive manager review before certification.
  • Controlled exercise 1: reconcile fictional permitted time records and identify one missing or duplicate event. Record the exception and proposed correction without inventing payable hours.
  • Controlled exercise 2: prepare a cycle checklist and send it to Finance for functional review. Demonstrate that VA Manager supervision does not approve payments or reveal restricted tax records.
  • Controlled exercise 3: record completion evidence, time worked and unresolved exceptions. Demonstrate denial of a Pool 3 or banking-related action.
  • Assessment evidence: controlled time references, exception record, reconciliation checklist, Finance review and secure document reference. No real payroll payment, banking edit or tax disclosure is part of this exercise.

Operations / Administrative / HR VA

Part 1 — Role & Responsibilities

  • Operations Administrative HR VA supports assigned schedules, attendance, availability, communications, personnel administration and onboarding/offboarding follow-ups. Functional Operations or HR authority controls priorities and acceptance. VA Manager coordinates workforce capacity and cross-department coverage. Support does not decide employment status or grant unrestricted personnel files. Canonical employee and applicant records remain distinct from follow-up tasks. Technology is a separate department; VAs report end-user defects without technical release authority.
  • Scheduling, attendance, communications, employee records, onboarding/offboarding and operational administration.
  • Administrative reporting: every VA reports to the VA Manager for workforce management. Functional reporting: assigned department work is directed and evaluated by Applicable Operations or HR Manager.
  • Multiple individual roles may be assigned without creating All-Inclusive VA or VA Manager status.
  • Operations / Administrative / HR VA handles assigned scheduling, attendance and call-out records, availability, communications, workforce record administration, onboarding and offboarding follow-ups and operational support.
  • The applicable Operations or HR manager controls departmental priorities, standards and acceptance. The VA Manager organizes workforce availability, workload and cross-department coverage.
  • Support access does not authorize employment decisions, unrestricted personnel files or unrelated department work. Keep the canonical employee or applicant source separate from an operating follow-up.

Part 1 Quiz

Part 2 — Systems & Operating

  • Start from the authorized Operations queue and linked canonical worker record. Record requirements, owner, deadline, checklist and next action. Attendance or call-out evidence must be scoped, with coverage impact and manager recipient. Use one routine per reporting cycle and review overdue actions, response time, coverage and completeness. Onboarding/offboarding follows authorized decision records. Tax/payment completion is a safe status linked to restricted sources, not full values. Technical issues use the separate Technology escalation path.
  • Use the assigned MemberPress dashboard, OMEGA VA task/work queue, work log/time tracker, approved spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel record, Google Drive folder, checklist and reporting path. Record owner, priority, deadline, status, evidence/link, KPI/result and escalation.
  • Daily: review dashboard and queue, confirm priorities, complete assigned work, update records and report blockers. Weekly: review overdue work, recurring duties, KPI results, access issues, training and next actions.
  • Personnel/workforce issues route VA → VA Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Department work issues route VA → applicable Department Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Cross-department conflicts are coordinated by the Department Managers and VA Manager; unresolved matters escalate to CEO/Executive Leadership, then Master Chair when its authority is required.
  • Open VA Operating Records, select Operations / Admin / HR and create an availability, coverage or onboarding follow-up record with requirement, responsible owner, deadline, next action and checklist.
  • Record attendance or call-out evidence only within approved scope. Identify the coverage impact and responsible functional manager, then coordinate workload through the VA Manager if another department is affected.
  • Use the daily Operations routine for attendance and coverage and the monthly routine for record completeness. Update the same cycle task rather than creating a duplicate.
  • Link authorized source employee, onboarding or offboarding records through approved Drive and spreadsheet references. Record completion or exceptions, not an unapproved change to another person employment status.
  • Report response time, coverage, overdue actions, record completeness and onboarding or offboarding follow-ups. Send department work defects to Operations / HR and workforce or access issues to the VA Manager.

Part 2 Quiz

Sign in with your application account to record training and assessment.

Part 3 — Practical Training / Role-Playing

  • Practice a fictional call-out, coverage plan and record-completeness review. Do not expose personal sensitive data or change employment independently. Conflicting departmental priorities need both functional managers and VA Manager; unresolved matters escalate upward. Detect unauthorized source links and recurring duplicates. Record technical defects for the separate department. Passing assessment parts automatically advances learning without a manager delay, while operational decision approval remains intact.
  • Complete a controlled end-to-end assignment for Operations / Administrative / HR VA using non-sensitive test data.
  • Demonstrate correct dashboard, queue, spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel, Drive, checklist, time record, KPI/result and handoff.
  • Identify a permission boundary, an overdue or blocked item, and the correct escalation recipient; receive manager review before certification.
  • Controlled exercise 1: record a fictional call-out and coverage impact with owner and deadline, without exposing a real employee sensitive information.
  • Controlled exercise 2: coordinate two conflicting departmental priorities through the functional managers and VA Manager. Escalate an unresolved conflict to CEO / Executive Leadership.
  • Controlled exercise 3: perform a monthly completeness review of fictional onboarding records, record an exception and handoff and update actual versus goal.
  • Assessment evidence: operating IDs, schedule and coverage checklist, source references, recorded work activity, correct escalation and Operations or HR acceptance.

All-Inclusive VA (All-Area VA)

Part 1 — Role & Responsibilities

  • All-Area All-Inclusive VA is a separately assigned working position covering all five functional specializations: Hiring, Sales, Marketing, Payroll Financial and Operations Administrative HR. It is not VA Manager. Multiple individually selected functions do not infer All-Area status. VA Manager coordinates workforce administration; each functional manager retains standards and acceptance. Restricted banking, tax, signing, executive, governance and ownership authority are separate. Technology remains its own department, not an added VA specialization.
  • Cross-functional execution across authorized VA areas. Broad operational access does not create supervision, approval or management authority.
  • Administrative reporting: every VA reports to the VA Manager for workforce management. Functional reporting: assigned department work is directed and evaluated by Applicable Department Managers.
  • Multiple individual roles may be assigned without creating All-Inclusive VA or VA Manager status.
  • All-Inclusive progression includes the complete five operating specializations below. Certification and assignment of this working position never creates VA Manager authority.
  • Operating specialization: Hiring VA.
  • Operating specialization: Sales VA.
  • Operating specialization: Social Media / Marketing VA.
  • Marketing owns approved ad and content production, campaign records, calendar coordination, raw asset organization, publishing or scheduling where separately authorized and Marketing performance reporting.
  • Hiring defines recruiting needs and evaluates applicant results. Sales defines sales or product objectives and evaluates leads, sales and revenue. Marketing retains creative and campaign authority.
  • The Marketing manager or an authorized Marketing approver controls content standards, priorities, approval and KPIs. Neither All-Inclusive operating access nor VA workforce supervision independently approves Marketing content.
  • Operating specialization: Payroll / Financial VA.
  • Payroll / Financial VA supports permitted time records, payroll preparation, reconciliation, exception reporting and financial record organization. The CFO or authorized Finance authority controls correctness, approvals, deadlines and sensitive financial procedure.
  • There is no default authority to move funds, change banking details, approve payments, sign contracts, access tax identifiers or review executive, Board, shareholder or investor records.
  • Use only the approved restricted process for contractor tax and payment documentation. Ordinary VA operating records must never contain banking values, tax identifiers, credentials or sensitive employee documents.
  • Operating specialization: Operations / Administrative / HR VA.

  • Use the five scoped operating workflows rather than a duplicate all-company database. Hiring links canonical applications and interview evidence; Sales links deduplicated qualified handoffs; Marketing links campaign/content IDs and approvals; Payroll prepares permitted reconciliation; Operations maintains coverage and follow-ups. Each retains its source, functional owner and least-privilege access. Preserve attribution and reporting hierarchy. All-Area has its own three-part assessment and does not replace separately required certification checks. Broad working scope never exposes bank or ownership data.
  • Use the assigned MemberPress dashboard, OMEGA VA task/work queue, work log/time tracker, approved spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel record, Google Drive folder, checklist and reporting path. Record owner, priority, deadline, status, evidence/link, KPI/result and escalation.
  • Daily: review dashboard and queue, confirm priorities, complete assigned work, update records and report blockers. Weekly: review overdue work, recurring duties, KPI results, access issues, training and next actions.
  • Personnel/workforce issues route VA → VA Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Department work issues route VA → applicable Department Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Cross-department conflicts are coordinated by the Department Managers and VA Manager; unresolved matters escalate to CEO/Executive Leadership, then Master Chair when its authority is required.
  • All-Inclusive progression includes the complete five operating specializations below. Certification and assignment of this working position never creates VA Manager authority.
  • Operating specialization: Hiring VA.
  • Operating specialization: Sales VA.
  • Operating specialization: Social Media / Marketing VA.
  • Operating specialization: Payroll / Financial VA.
  • Operating specialization: Operations / Administrative / HR VA.

Part 3 — Practical Training / Role-Playing

  • Demonstrate fictional practical work across all five areas and their boundaries. Coordinate simultaneous assignments through functional managers and VA Manager rather than assuming supervisory authority. Reject self-approved creative, unapproved Sales handoffs and bank requests. Missing applicant or time evidence becomes an exception. Preserve secure worker payment readiness despite pending company ACH activation. Record end-user technical defects for the separate Technology department. Completion of this working track does not certify a Manager or unrelated position.
  • Complete a controlled end-to-end assignment for All-Inclusive VA (All-Area VA) using non-sensitive test data.
  • Demonstrate correct dashboard, queue, spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel, Drive, checklist, time record, KPI/result and handoff.
  • Identify a permission boundary, an overdue or blocked item, and the correct escalation recipient; receive manager review before certification.
  • All-Inclusive progression includes the complete five operating specializations below. Certification and assignment of this working position never creates VA Manager authority.
  • Operating specialization: Hiring VA.
  • Operating specialization: Sales VA.
  • Operating specialization: Social Media / Marketing VA.
  • Operating specialization: Payroll / Financial VA.
  • Operating specialization: Operations / Administrative / HR VA.

VA Manager

Part 1 — Role & Responsibilities

  • VA Manager is a separately assigned management track, not a renamed All-Area working role. The Manager coordinates workforce assignments, availability, workload, coverage, goals, reviews, coaching, training tracking and escalation. Functional managers retain departmental standards and work acceptance. CEO Executive Leadership receives unresolved personnel matters; Master Chair escalation is for matters requiring that authority. Management access is roster-scoped and does not inherit banking, tax, signing, ownership or Board permissions. Technology retains technical standards and release acceptance.
  • VA workforce management, assignments, workload, schedules, performance, training, QA, troubleshooting, escalation and results reporting.
  • Administrative reporting: every VA reports to the VA Manager for workforce management. Functional reporting: assigned department work is directed and evaluated by CEO / Executive Leadership.
  • Multiple individual roles may be assigned without creating All-Inclusive VA or VA Manager status.
  • The VA Manager supervises assigned VAs; assigns, coordinates, delegates and reviews work; maintains management notes; sets goals, deadlines and outcomes; compares expected versus actual results; monitors productivity, training and workload; conducts reviews and corrective coaching; coordinates coverage; and reports unresolved matters upward.

Part 2 — Systems & Operating

  • Review the assigned workforce roster, schedules, tasks, work activity, goals, expected/actual outcomes and follow-ups. Canonical task ownership uses account user ID; application-linked work logs show their reporting window. Track each role's three separate assessment results, attempts and unlock state. Manager notifications are nonblocking and never a between-part approval queue. Delegate with authorized owner and deadline. Functional approvers review their own queues; workforce visibility excludes confidential Payroll source data. Executive reporting preserves three independent financial views and restricted scopes.
  • Use the assigned MemberPress dashboard, OMEGA VA task/work queue, work log/time tracker, approved spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel record, Google Drive folder, checklist and reporting path. Record owner, priority, deadline, status, evidence/link, KPI/result and escalation.
  • Daily: review dashboard and queue, confirm priorities, complete assigned work, update records and report blockers. Weekly: review overdue work, recurring duties, KPI results, access issues, training and next actions.
  • Personnel/workforce issues route VA → VA Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Department work issues route VA → applicable Department Manager → CEO/Executive Leadership. Cross-department conflicts are coordinated by the Department Managers and VA Manager; unresolved matters escalate to CEO/Executive Leadership, then Master Chair when its authority is required.
  • The VA Manager Dashboard adds team roster, individual notes, performance reviews, goals, expected/actual outcomes, completion/productivity, training/certification, workload, overdue work, problems, escalations, follow-ups and executive reporting. It does not grant unrestricted department-manager, banking, tax, legal, Board, investor, shareholder, ownership or Master Chair access.
  • Operational coverage and QA: Hiring VA.
  • Operational coverage and QA: Sales VA.
  • Operational coverage and QA: Social Media / Marketing VA.
  • Operational coverage and QA: Payroll / Financial VA.
  • Operational coverage and QA: Operations / Administrative / HR VA.
  • Open the VA Manager Workforce Review view and review only your assigned roster. Choose one application ID to review schedules, availability, workload and coverage, goals, expected versus actual outcomes, authorized management notes, reviews, coaching, follow-ups and escalations.
  • Task statistics use canonical omega_va_task ownership by account user ID, not a guessed email metadata field. Recent work activity uses the application-linked work-log records. Review the displayed reporting window before interpreting productivity.
  • Functional managers use their explicitly authorized department queue and approve their department work. Workforce supervision excludes confidential Payroll operating records by default; certification and availability status remain appropriate workforce information.
  • Document coverage plans, delegation owner and deadline, workload conflict resolution and the higher-management handoff. The IT manager keeps technical requirements, testing standards, implementation acceptance and technical KPIs; the VA Manager does not replace technical authority.
  • Executive and Master Chair reporting use the explicitly authorized financial scope. Pool 1 and Pool 2 records are independent of Pool 3 issued equity, reserve units, approved distributions and governance. Neither a VA role nor financial participation activates ownership access.

Part 3 — Practical Training / Role-Playing

  • Practice fictional delegation, coverage planning, expected-versus-actual review, coaching and escalation. Resolve competing functional priorities with their managers. Technical defects route to Technology for acceptance; banking requests remain with separately authorized Finance personnel. A failed training part stays locked regardless of averages; passing retakes advance without manager delay. Notification delivery problems should be recorded without undoing a valid saved learner pass. Verify learner scope, reporting and manager tracking without granting new security-sensitive access.
  • Complete a controlled end-to-end assignment for VA Manager using non-sensitive test data.
  • Demonstrate correct dashboard, queue, spreadsheet/database, CRM/funnel, Drive, checklist, time record, KPI/result and handoff.
  • Identify a permission boundary, an overdue or blocked item, and the correct escalation recipient; receive manager review before certification.
  • Management exercise 1: delegate fictional department tasks to authorized working VAs, set owners, deadlines, workload limits and expected outcomes and record a coverage plan.
  • Management exercise 2: compare actual completion and KPIs with goals, document a performance review and corrective coaching, identify overdue or blocked work and schedule the follow-up.
  • Management exercise 3: resolve a cross-department priority conflict with both department managers, then demonstrate the unresolved CEO escalation and the condition requiring Master Chair authority.
  • Management exercise 4: QA the five operating workflows, identify an access or instruction defect, record reproducible evidence, coordinate correction with the functional owner and repeat the relevant test.
  • Assessment evidence: one workforce review, delegation and coverage record, expected-versus-actual comparison, review and coaching note, QA evidence and correctly routed escalation. A Finance VA reporting to the Manager must not expose banking, tax or ownership information.

Certification Gate

Certification is issued per assigned position only after Parts 1–3 are complete, all three part-specific quizzes independently pass at 80%, the controlled practical assignment and permission-boundary test pass, required dashboard/Drive/spreadsheet/CRM access is verified, and the applicable manager approves the result. VA Manager certification additionally requires delegation, workload coordination, performance review, QA/troubleshooting and escalation exercises.

End-to-End Readiness Test

  • Application/onboarding with any approved combination of the seven independently selectable positions.
  • Correct agreement/handbook route, signatures and restricted tax/payment clearance.
  • Role-scoped dashboard, permissions, Google Drive, spreadsheet/database and CRM/funnel access.
  • Module 2 Parts 1–3, three independently passed part quizzes, practical test and certification gate for each assigned position.
  • Recurring daily, weekly and monthly work, task queue, KPI/result, time tracking, reporting and correct department/VA Manager escalation.
  • VA Manager team oversight plus CEO/Executive and Master Chair roll-ups.
  • Pool 1, Pool 2 and Pool 3 remain independent; shareholder, investor, Board and Master Chair views remain permission-limited and distinct.
