OMEGA Master Hiring Funnel - VA Branch Onboarding

This is the VA branch of the single OMEGA Master Hiring Funnel. Regular VA applicants move through completion validation, pre-interview verification, Google Meet Group Interview, PASS/FAIL routing, and onboarding if passed.

3. Work-Readiness Verification

I have a capable computer for OMEGA websites, CRM, Google Workspace, dashboards, video tools, and communication. I have reliable primary internet access. I have a reasonable backup internet option where practical. I have a working microphone/headset and camera when calls, meetings, recordings, or video work require them. I have a reasonable power-continuity or alternate-work-location plan. I will promptly report major equipment, internet, or power failures.

4. Worker Classification / Tax / Payment Routing

Worker Classification

The website records the routing path only. Tax IDs, banking numbers, and payment authorization details must be collected through the restricted secure process, not this ordinary onboarding page.

5. Agreement and Handbook Acknowledgment

I understand the master OMEGA Virtual Assistant Independent Contractor Agreement covers the selected functional area(s), subject to final electronic signature. I understand the master OMEGA Virtual Assistant Handbook & SOP Manual applies, including the common/core requirements and assigned functional-area section(s).

Dropbox Sign is the signing path for the VA packet. This page records acknowledgment readiness; final signing and secure tax/payment documentation stay connected but separate.

6. Final Submission

After submission, OMEGA verifies completion/readiness, places eligible applicants into the Google Meet Group Interview route, records the interview by Google Meet video recording for training/authorized review, records PASS/FAIL, and only moves passed applicants into orientation/onboarding, signing, account release, dashboard permissions, Drive access, training, work tracking, and Active VA release.
